- Beautiful cottage with completely independent pool in family property (traditional old house) 100 meters from the river and its beach, 3 spacious rooms (62m²). Large terrace of 42 m² private and shaded. Ideal for 4 people including 2 children. Close to all shops on foot, restaurants and cinema nearby. Many opportunities for canyoning, canoeing, climbing, great scenic hikes are offered within a radius of 20km. the must-sees: Cave of the Pont d'Arc of 36000 years, masterpiece of humanity, canoeing down the Ardèche or the Chassezac and many other things.
Its villages of characters: Joyeuses, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé ...
Bike rides on the gentle lanes of the old railway line.
