"Took me 2 hours just to check in. check in is supposed to start at 3 and i arrived at 3 and was told i had to wait 30mins to check in because the "manager" wasn't there. i waited a little over 30 mins and came back and it took another hour and a half to check in. i finally got into my room and he put me into the wrong unit. not the one i paid for. everything was dirty, plenty of burn holes in curtain to the bed sheets and even the shower curtain. and the shower curtain has so much mold on the...
