Personnel de l'agence qui manque d'empathie, logements bruyants

1er logement situĂ© dans une rue en plein travaux, nous expliquons que nous avons de jeunes enfants et que nous venons pour nous reposer, on nous propose plusieurs logement non adaptĂ©s (trop loin par rapport Ă  notre 1er choix, manque 1 chambre...), un seul rentre dans nos critĂšres, il se situe au dessus d'un bar de nuit... RatĂ© pour le repos, et Ă  ce moment, la solution proposĂ©e est : nous vous laissons appeler la police... Nous dĂ©cidons de quitter le logement et de nous reloger au calme par nos propres moyens. On me dit qu'on me facture uniquement les nuits passĂ©es et qu'on me rembourse le reste. Je demande une facture sur laquelle apparait le mĂ©nage des 2 logements, le 1er n'ayant pas Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ©, je demande le remboursement (105 €), on me dit qu'on facture la mise Ă  disposition pour notre arrivĂ©e... j'explique donc que dans ce cas je paye pour ceux qui vont arriver dans le logement. On me dit que c'est ainsi et que si je veux porter une rĂ©clamation, je dois le faire par mail. Je fais donc cela, la rĂ©ponse est plus correcte, on me prĂ©sente des excuses pour toutes les pĂ©ripĂ©ties et on m'explique qu'effectivement le mĂ©nage n'aurait pas dĂ» ĂȘtre facturĂ©, sachant que dans ce logement la table sur la terrasse Ă©tait couverte de fientes d'oiseaux. Le mĂ©nage n'a donc pas Ă©tĂ© fait partout... VoilĂ , expĂ©rience peu satisfasante quand on prend des vacances pour se reposer et qu'on se trouve Ă  gĂ©rer ce types de dĂ©convenus sans ĂȘtre accompagnĂ© par l'agence par laquelle on passe.
