About this property

Beautiful air-conditioned apartment in residence with swimming pool and parking

Very quiet, all comfort, ideally located, close to the sea and the city center (10 min walk), swimming pool and garden on this floor, parking space for one car. The swimming pool is open in principle from 15 June to 30 September, if the weather permits the opening is extended. All the joinery has just been changed as well as the shutters, all double glazing and aluminum. The bedding is new. The swimming pool is completely redone for the next season, i.e. from 15 June 2013.

Points positifs du logement: Belle vue sur la mer, machine à laver à disposition ainsi que lave vaisselle. La personne qui nous accueille et remet les clés est très compréhensive, disponible et à l'écoute.Literie neuve dans la chambre ( dommage que le placard mural est une odeur forte d'humidité).Climatisation à disposition.Points négatifs du logement:Nous avons été obligé de changer de places de parking en cours de séjour ( mauvaise gestion ). Il est nécessaire de venir avec un véhicule sans permis pour se garer. Impossible de nettoyer sous le lit ou il y a de l'outillage et du matériel.Règlement de la piscine non respecté par les autres résidents. ( Interdiction de manger, boire et plonger non respecté, jeunes enfants buvant le biberon de lait dedans et même mangeant).Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain chaque jour ( problème d'humidité et canalisation, obligation de mettre de l'eau de javel plusieurs fois par jour ).Mur en papier cigarette, bruyant et aucune intimité entre les voisins.Fin juillet, si vous voulez vous reposer, c'est impossible...., bruit du matin au soir, claquement de portes et coups dans les murs.Conclusion : Le prix ne correspond pas à l'offre de séjour.

Roses Ferienwohnung

Grausam nichts hat geklappt. Sind von Valencia kommend eine Stunde hinter dem Schlüssel hergelaufen. Es fand keine Übergabe durch Chantal wie angegeben statt. Einen Schlüssel haben wir nach langem Suchen durch Frau Monze erhalten. Die Wohnung war ungelüftet und muffig. Sauber war sie auch nicht. Eine total in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Im Kühlschrank waren Essensreste. Diese Wohnung gehört nicht in so ein Portal. Als ich mich beschwert habe und am nächsten Tag abgereist bin, kam keine Entschuldigung sondern „ Sie kriegen aber kein Geld zurück „ als Antwort. Die Wohnung ist nicht zu Empfehlen da weit vom Strand und am Berg liegt was auf der Beschreibung und Fotos nicht zu erkennen ist. Sie ist nur über viele steile Treppen erreichbar. Der Parkplatz war viel zu klein, nur für ein Kleinwagen.usw. Ich kann garnicht alles aufzählen. Im ganzen Haus wohnen nur Franzosen und keiner spricht Deutsch. Die Übersetzung fand nur über eine deutsche Freundin von Chantal statt.So kann man keine Wohnung vermieten. Da wir die Wohnung nur einen Tag genutzt und sauber verlassen haben, wären wir für eine kleine Entschädigung nicht abgeneigt. Ingrid und Klaus

Nous avons passe deux semaines de vacances superbes. Appartement conforme a l annonce,rien n y manque et tres propre. Et le plus la climatisation surtout quand il fait tres chaud. Tres bien situe pour visiter la region ou tout simplement profiter de la plage a 5 mn a pied et de la piscine. bof .......

literie moyenne .... et piscine fermée dès début octobre même avec un beau soleil et 28 degrés .... que la piscine soit fermée c'est un demi mal mais les abords de piscine ne sont pas accesibles pour y poser son fauteuil et y prendre le soleil ...... en octobre l'accès au parking était fermé a cléf et bien sur les clés fournies ne fontionne pas sur la serrure , il m'a fallu '' batailler pour laisser la porte du parking ouverte..... bref je suis assez decu et n'y retournerai surement pas .... sans compter que les places de parking sont très dificilement accessibles et cela tient de l'exploit pour sortir la voiture !
