  • located in a quiet area. 2 Garages. Views to the sea
    120m2 for 8 pers .: 2 beds x 1.40 + 2 beds x 90 + bunk (2 x 90). 1st floor terrace of 15m2. 2 closed garages.

    Other information:
    Payment of 40% at the time of booking.
    Payment of the rest, in cash and / or by credit card on the day of arrival.
    Tourist tax: Each tenant must pay a tourist tax of € 0.90 per day and per person (maximum 7 days) except those under 16 years old.
    Deposit of € 400, refundable.
    Mandatory final cleaning: 100.- €
    Pets are accepted, supplement 25.- €.
    Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: Saturday, between 4 and 7 p.m.
