Gran apartment with large terrace in front of the beach, the port of plessanse and the Great Promenade in the Center of Roses, it is not necessary to the car to move for the whole Municipality, the beach is in front, the Comerces and Restaurans this located next to it, the old town center with the peatonel streets with the Shops and Resto this finds with 80 Mtr.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and consierge.

Amazing view of the beach

Great location overlooking the beach and Marina. We were there during a festival with a spectacular view of the fireworks from the terrace. Whilst the property is a little tired it was accurately described, comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and a dog. On the whole quite well equipped, could do with new cutlery and mugs, and mattresses a bit saggy, but we really enjoyed our stay and i would stay again.

Great View, Great Appartment, Great Resort.

Great place for a holiday. A special mention to the helpful hosts who went out their way in communictions and help offered to our party. Location is good with beach opposite and an easy walk to old town with narrow pedestrian streets and good restaurants specialising in fish and seafood dishes. Resort had a good family feel with no noisy bars. View from large balcony was excellent and trees masked the road below. There was some noise from the road and we used earplugs as we are light sleepers and had front, ensuite bedroom, would not let noise put you off staying here. The appartment is very clean. In summary a great stay which the family all enjoyed.

A tired holiday let

The appartment was in need of decoration, and looked very tired. There was a terrible smell from the drains which made you feel ill and not wanting to eat. For visitors flying in i found it very annoying that you had to pay sheet and towel hire, i have never experienced this before and together with the cleaning charge to have to pay €185 in cash upon arrival was extremely embarrassing as i struggled to carry that much cash with me . In all a very expensive two weeks with no luxuries and will not return.

Appartement spacieux et agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement spacieux, propre et totalement conforme aux photos. Situé en plein centre-ville de Roses, il offre un accès immédiat à tous les commerces, bars et restaurants – tout peut se faire à pied !Nos garçons de 16 et 18 ans ont particulièrement apprécié la localisation : ils ont pu sortir en toute autonomie, aussi bien en journée que le soir, en toute sécurité.L'appartement est bien équipé, avec des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce, ce qui a parfaitement suffi malgré l’absence de climatisation. De toute façon, nous étions venus chercher le soleil et la chaleur, et nous avons été comblés !Un grand merci à Teresa pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La communication a été simple et agréable. Elle propose également, sur demande, la location d'une place de garage – un vrai plus si vous venez en voiture.En résumé : un logement parfait pour des vacances en famille, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Roses. Notre hôte Teresa a pris tout son temps pour nous accueillir, nous conseiller quelques visites et nous donner quelques bonnes adresses qui nous ont donné pleine satisfaction.L'appartement est vaste, lumineux et offre une belle vue sur la plage. Nous avons pu profiter du centre-ville de Roses et de randonnées proches sans utiliser la voiture.La région propose des possibilités de randonnées supplémentaires et offre des décors de carte postale.Nous reviendrons certainement.Merci Teresa

Rosas semaine entre amies retraitées

La vue mer parfaite mais l appartement est situé sur l avenue qui traverse Rosas donc circulation importante le jour comme la nuit de plus le stationnement est payant sur Rosas (très peu de places gratuites dans les rues derrière) donc il a fallu régler un supplément pour une place dans un parking souterrain je trouve que ces 2 details auraient du être signalés par contre supérette et boulangerie à proximité :génial

Nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est grand avec une belle terrasse, il est très propre et il ne manque rien, il est très bien situé dans Rosas avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la chaine des Pyrénées.
