"The hotel is overall fine but it would be better if they have drip coffee in stock that they can offer either in the room or at the lobby. Drip coffee should be basic amenities but they don’t have it easily ready, which is quite disappointing. When I called to ask, we were told to go down to the front desk to ask for it, and they only have 4 in stock and they were old (expiry date within 2 months). When we asked on our last day of stay, they said they had none in stock. In my opinion, the hotel is fine but doesn’t feel like a 4 star one as it was claimed. I hope they can improve. "

"I booked this hotel because it was close to Itami airport, and the rooms looked well appointed and huge by Japanese standards. It absolutely absolutely met those points and more. It was very clean, the photos did not lie, the rooms were spacious and had great amenities, I haven't seen a minibar in forever, but was grateful for it as we got in very late. There were also karaoke mics to use. What I had not realized at the time of booking for myself, my sister and her 13 y/o son, was that this is a hotel that is typically booked by couples....and the other amenities in the room were geared towards those stays. And again, great minibar and options for more adult/amorous guests. I would still absolutely stay here again, even on my own."

"Good location. Great price for the kind of room you get. Only complaint is that you dont have a room key and you have to call the front desk every time you want to leave the room. Very weird system that I've seen in some love hotels but this one is extra weird. Never been fully locked into the room before. My rooms wifi also just randomly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. But thats probably not the hotels fault. Other than that, great bathroom with lots of space. Room has lots of space with lots of functions on the TV. Good midpoint between Kobe and Osaka with a station 3 minutes away. Staff was wonderful, cheerful, and helpful, even with my poor japanese. Check in and check out was very convenient."

"We stayed in Room 杉 on with a private open-air bath on April 15, and this was our second time visiting this property—our last stay was about 8 years ago. It was such a joy to return. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Both meals were absolutely delicious, with the clams being a definite highlight! We also noticed some thoughtful upgrades since our last visit, like the addition of remote-controlled lighting and TV, as well as extra blinds around the private bath area for added privacy. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived on a rainy day, and they kindly arranged to pick us up near the bus station, which we really appreciated. It was also a lovely touch that they offer complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. On top of that, we received a gift card with our booking, which we enjoyed using at the gift shop. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel. We’re already looking forward to hopefully returning again in the near future."
