As it relates to location, if you’re coming from out of town please be aware that if you’re staying within the city limits “the hood” is everywhere. Gentrification is taking place all over the city so it’s completely normal to see really nice homes surrounded by very old homes. So don’t be alarmed when you see the neighborhood. "Upon arrival it wasn’t any lights for about 3 hours took extremely long for it to cool off. Next day we was locked out the property for hours. Property was not put back in good condition after previous tenants damaged the property. Spoke with host several times about being refunded some of my money back 3 weeks later still no refund nor response."
