Standard no frills - good price

Breakfast menu was fresh but not much variety

The room was large and everything worked well. The property is a little dated. For example, the plumbing fixtures seem quite old. But they did work. I have one big complaint, which is they charged me more than the amount that was quoted to me by Expedia. When I raised this with the Front Desk, they told me to send an email to their manager. The manager never replied to my email. I had to ask Expedia about it and at that point the hotel acknowledged the difference but refused to provide a refund saying too much time had passed. Expedia gave me one key cash in the amount of the refund I should have received, but that is not satisfactory. The hotel clearly overcharged me and should have refunded my card the difference.

When we went the elevators were broke down. It was very hard to climb 7 flights of stairs with a fused foot. They did give us a discount but it caused me a lot of extra pain. The hotel has been under construction for years. We expected it to be done and ready.

Coffee maker was broken, staff was very busy, room was very clean as was entire facility.
