Parking was great. The customer service was excellent. The room was cozy, there was a broken wall plate in the restroom that should be fixed so that no wires and juction boxes are exposed. The continental breakfast need a little work. I would have preferred acess to hot tea and yogurt. But over all a pleasant stay.

Worked perfectly for ZLB concert. Walk to and from ND was doable. Older hotel yet clean and cozy. Had 24 hour coffee machine. Fridge, coffee pot, and microwave in room. All staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities. The rate was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly, rooms although outdated were clean, beds were extremely comfortable. We were out more than in so this room served its purpose.

A more affordable hotel in a city where they run pretty expensive. Basic facilities but clean. Breakfast included but extremely basic. I had a ground floor room that had only blackout curtains i.e. either dark with them drawn or no privacy at all.

My room had a broken ironing board in the middle of the room on check in. There were no tissues The fitted sheets did not remain in place. The light in the bathroom was motion activated so time in the shower or using the toilet meant the lights out turned out. We could find no way to adjust this issue. Front desk did not answer the phone. We had to travel downstairs for assistance. We appreciated the breakfast.

Cozy little room

The bed was so comfy! The room was super clean. The bathroom was a little outdated but nothing too horrible! I stay at this hotel often and I always try and request the same room. It’s little and cozy and I like it!
