"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "After driving all day through the highlands, we reached the inn. There were no signs informing us as to where to park or where to check in. This motel is in a fairly remote location so we were hoping to have dinner in the next door restaurant which is apparently part the motel. At 6:00 pm the restaurant was empty but we were told in a rather rude way and without apology that the place is booked. When we came back at 8 the place was empty. Weird place. Rude staff. Room was absolutely fine."
