"The hotel had great! Friendly staff and location was perfect.! They help you with bookeung any tours you may need. Recommending companies that are reputable and professional. It was very easy to walk to downtown and also the hotel had a beautiful rooftop called Kiara with live music and DJ at Night. The rooms we stayed had a living room with a couch, fire-pit , bed right next to the living room and a huge bathroom. It was a cave style. The only thing is if you tried to go to bed early, you won’t hear the music depending on what room you’re at. They have a real good breakfast with lots to choose from ,It was delicious! For the restaurant at night it gets really packed, make sure you’re there by 5PM to get a table, It gets filled up pretty quickly!! If you don’t stay in that hotel, you can still go to the restaurant. If you do stay at the hotel, they tried to help you at the hostess station and put you on top of the list so you don’t wait too long! there are drinks food, and a hookah at the roof top. The view is stunning! We travel as a couple and would definitely go back to the hotel and stay again!"

"Gunay the main guy at reception was really lovely and nice, so helpful, The cat Luna was also very welcoming. The hotel had character and was quaint. The only issue i had was the breasfast staff. I was leaving the breakfast area and took an extra cookie that was in a wrapper and was told off, he said that i can't do take away and can only eat it. I think that was pretty inappropriate and mean as i only took a few extra cookies and i hardly ate anything at the breakfast table, plus it was just a cookie. I also think it was not welcoming or nice to tell your hotel guest that unless it was unreasonable i was emptying everything out onto a doggy bag, Please train your staff better."

"Location was excellent, staff lovely and a super breakfast…..if you’re looking to see the balloons go up at sunrise this is the hotel for you. 2 minutes from the centre of the town which again was excellent. I booked two rooms, one was ok but just remember you’re in volcanic rock, quirky and great value. The other room, room 3 had a stale smell and the shower didn’t run away which I think was causing the smell. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to others just maybe avoid room 3 😁"
