"We stayed on the first floor in the jacuzzi tub rooms. The set up is amazing, the view, the chairs, the fire pit. Take the stairs to be right on the beach. The shower floor was pretty slippery so be aware. Besides that everything was amazing will be back next time we visit Lincoln City."

"Mattress had a huge hole on one side and tried it to fall in. The towels were stained but management brought us clean towels. They let us know they had a problem the washers. Easy access to the beach and next to a huge ramp to drive your vehicle to the beach below. Tide pool below had tons of sea stars, barnacles, and muscles at low tide. People were driving on the beach at night making a lot of noise until 11pm. We will try another hotel when we stay in Lincoln city."

"The room was clean but the hotel itself is very rundown. Staff was very abrupt and not welcoming at check in. Carpet is peeling away from the floor in Room 106. The WiFi doesn’t seem to work and the Verizon signal in the hotel is spotty at best. Proceed with caution. "

"After reading the reviews, I was indecisive about whether I should go or eat the cost, but to my surprise, they are under the new management of Frank Hotels. The beds were dated, but very bouncy. The electric you could tell could use an upgrade, as the air fryer I brought with me, as well as the Keurig in the room, made the light above the kitchenette dim every time there was a load on the system. The Hot Tub was fantastic, though, for having a chlorine sensitivity, not having access to the hot tub except through the pool was harrowing for me. Those stairs to the beach, though, are no joke! All in all, except for parking, it was a great experience."

"This is the worst experience in my life for a hotel or motel stay! I recently booked a non pet room from Ester Lee Oceanview Inn to see the beautiful sunset by the Pacific Ocean. When we entered the room last evening, there’s strong odor of pets urine everywhere in the room. We talked to their front desk for a change, but were told they’re booked up and no room was available. Actually we found afterwards the adjacent rooms were vacant. It’s late and also I paid fully online. I thought it was not refundable, so we had to stay. The room was terrible. Carpet was stained. Kitchen floor was sticky. Bedding sets were so dirty that they looked like grey instead of its original color of white. The towels were not clean. So were the other items. We all slept over the night with clothes on. It’s like a torture every minute we were there. In the early morning, we escaped, but the odor came with us all day long until we took the bath completely at next hotel tonight. We sealed the clothes we had on last night in plastic bags, and they should be washed ASAP. It’s like a nightmare and it ruined the vacation! Totally terrible and disgusting. We’ll never go back to this place again. Be cautious on their good reviews. It would be their past, but things are totally different at least for me for now. My opinion is that don’t do a bad choice like us that would regret you for many years. "
