"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"Lovely hotel, really clean and the space was perfect. Our room came with a mini fridge, which was pretty useful. The location is not ideal, as it is quite far from the center, but we already knew that when we booked it. Reaching the center by public transport is relatively easy, so wasn’t that big of a deal. We didn’t get the breakfast, as we found it quite expensive so I don’t know what it looks like.
They even printed our train tickets for us for free which was really appreciated.

"Such a great hotel for a long weekend break, the rooms are well appointed, clean and functional with a feel of premium about them.
Room service was excellent and the breakfast is a must, such a wide variety of choice and quality.. don’t miss out.
Location is a 20 minute walk from the city centre which in the nice weather we had was a pleasure, not so sure in the cold and wet, but it was perfect for us and its location is across the road from the main train station for easy access to the airport.
Roof top bar is nice, again, if the weather is good, overall this was an excellent choice and well priced with quality room and service. "
