The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the windowâonly to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that Iâd rather not describe. The toilet didnât flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
