Located in Roquefort-des-Corbières, in the heart of the Corbières region, this 42 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and access to a laundry room.



Enjoy the shared garden and the outdoor pool, surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The pool is open from early April to late October, depending on the weather. A shared table tennis table is also available during your stay.



Parking is available on site or on the street. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic, and an electric charging station is 50 meters away. Dogs are allowed on request and subject to approval. Music and events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out must be done before 10 am.



Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done by you or can be booked for an additional charge. Enjoy wine tastings and purchases nearby, and visit the Sigean African Reserve. The location is ideal between the sea and the Corbières mountains.
