Well-appointed with a 140cm sofa bed (linens available for rent upon request), this apartment sleeps two. Washing machine and dryer in the entrance closet. You'll enjoy a 14m² enclosed garden facing east, ideal for the summer heat. There's also an outdoor electric grill and a shower room. The complex has a lovely swimming pool, pétanque courts, and a parking space reserved for residents. Just 200m from the port, beaches, and shops, everything is within walking distance.
Too small to accommodate pets, they are exceptionally not allowed.
