"The staff and level of attention to detail was excellent. The room we were assigned to (#770) had problems with the bathroom electrical short circuiting. Immediately we were moved to a room #768, which was a better and larger room. Additionally, we were sent a hand written note and along with a fruit bowl and gifts apologizing for the inconvenience.
This, coupled with outstanding service, made our stay at Hotel Hermitage a memorable one.
One special mention is warranted regarding your concierge, Vincent. He was a delight to interact with, being the amiable, knowledgable and helpful person that he is. Please let him know his time was much appreciated. "
