Outside: barbecue area overlooking the valley, swimming pool with breathtaking, unobstructed view, terrace, parking. With every comfort: TV, sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Wired internet and wi-fi. Logement propre - bien équipé - propriétaire sympa - Accès difficile - la route est étroite et il faut aller très doucement, mais on s'y attendait vu la situation du logement. Bémols : un gros pylône électrique situé à proximité qui gâche une partie de la vue sur la droite et le ronronnement permanent de la Centrale électrique située en contrebas dans la vallée .

Super séjour à la montagne

Nous avons passé de super vacances très dépaysantes à la montagne, avec pleins de possibilités de ballades aux alentours. La vue depuis la maison est juste incroyable! L'appartement avait tout ce qu'il faut et nous avons apprécié de prendre nos repas avec une superbe vue. La route d'accès est très raide et ce n'est pas évident la première fois, mais on finit par s'y faire! Merci Stéfano

Check-in was uncomplicated and I appreciated the flexibility, because we travelled over 10 hours. The apartment is sweet and beautiful; the oven worked like a charm (it was Winter). The View and the short distance to many fantastic locations made our vacation exceptional.

Le propriétaire a mis du coeur à la réfection de cette maison au charme fou. La nature environnante nous a offert une spendide explosion de couleurs. L'appartement est parfait pour se relier à cet environnement nature et authentique. Très bien équipé, nous avons passé de belles soirées encore douces dans cet écrin. Jolie appartement dans un très bel endroit avec vue magnifique. Nous avons eu une très belle semaine et avons apprécié les randonnees pédestres dans la région. Le temps faisait assez beau pour octobre.Il y a une poêle dans l'appartement qui fait un très agréable chaleur pendant une froide soirée d'automne. Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce rez de chaussée de maison bien rénovée avec tout le nécessaire, comme il est décrit dans l'annonce. Comme le 1er étage était loué pendant notre séjour, le seul petit hic était les bruits d'impacts de pas au dessus de notre tête. Néanmoins nous pensons sincèrement que les locataires étaient très précautionneux et respectueux, mais malgre tout, on les entendait marcher. L'accès à la maison n'est pas évidente. La route est très étroite. Mais ca se fait sans encombres. Sinon, l'endroit est très calme, nous offrant une vue superbe sur la vallée et les montagnes. Un petit havre de paix.

PLEIN LA VUE ET VRAI NATURE

Séjour début aout dans cet écrin de nature avec tous les matins au réveil le MERCANTOUR dans toute sa splendeur baigné de soleil et de calme Certes l'arrivée est originale(route étroite et petite cote) mais la campagne ça se mérite La location est confortable bien que basse (attention à la tete) manquant un peu de luminosité mais la terrasse est au top pour se reposer et on en prend plein les yeux la piscine très agréable ainsi que l'espace barbecue (a partager) le terrain est en restanque les animaux s'y baladent et la nuit tombée les écureuils jouent au funambule sur les fils électrique Beaucoup de randonnées à faire au départ de la location et la descente au village à travers les chemins fort agréable Un excellent séjour et un très bon rapport qualité prix Merci à vous MR DE RIZ (meme si on ne vous a pas vu) les conseils de l'agence était parfait et vive la nature et le MERCANTOUR A bientot

Nous avons passé un mois idyllique dans ce charmant petit gîte ! Une vue imprenable, un calme apaisant Le propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous, gentil, serviable et de bon conseils pour les ballades . De magnifiques endroits à visiter avec toujours en arrière plan le Mercantour dans toute sa splendeur . Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce gîte. Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit

Charme, Détente et Sérénité.

Après une montée assez abrupte, attention à ne pas caler, arrivée sur un plateau parking ombragé avec une vue à vous couper le souffle sur les montagnes du Mercantour. Maison avec beaucoup de charme, aménagée avec simplicité et goût. Des épices et un moulin pour les amateurs de cuisine, un poêle pour réchauffer l'atmosphère, une bibliothèque du maître des lieux mis à notre disposition avec un canapé qui incite à la lecture, une chambre spacieuse avec écran plat, une salle de bain avec douche, une prise y serait la bienvenue, des placards dans la chambre et ce solarium avec cette vue superbe comme toile de fond lors de nos repas. Le bruit des cloches des chèvres juste en bas comme fond sonore et le chant des oiseaux. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu magique pour faire une pause loin de tout et prendre enfin du temps pour soi. Vous pourrez rayonner aux alentours: le parc du Mercantour, la vallée des Merveilles, Belvédère, Berthemont, Roquebillière. Merci infiniment Stéphano de votre accueil chaleureux, votre convivialité et les lilas offerts. Nous reviendrons dès que possible dans ce superbe "nid perché". ps. tellement nous y étions bien et avions trouvé nos marques, sommes repartis avec petite pointe au coeur.
