"Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war leider hellhörig, aber es gibt zum Glück Ohrstöpsel. Keine Umluft im Zimmer oder Bad, aber die Fenster könnte man weit aufmachen, dann ging einigermaßen.Ist hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nettes und flinkes Service. Die Zimmer sind je grau eingerichtet, kein geschlossener Schrank, man hat die Möglichkeit im Art Regal alles auszupacken, ich fand nicht schön, mir fehlte zumindenst für Unterwäsche eine Schublade. "Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out to become great. Room was big and nice, bed comfortable, but balconies were lacking furniture so we couldn't really use them. When I asked about it in the reception, they said they didn't have enough balcony furniture for all rooms. Great breakfast. "The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a...

"This place is so so. The pictures on the web gives an impression of a nicer place than in reality. The breakfast was mediocre. The overall service was low They only cleaned half of our room. Local kids used the outside lounge as a biking park"

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."
