"Location on map was wrong. It had two different locations listed on google maps, and ended up not being either of them. Internet didn't work. Sheets were heavily stained and tattered. Hot water lasted less than 1 minute. Very noisy location."

Websites whnenbooking need to clearly state the booking difference between the 2 towers.
I didnt know breakfast & 95% of the activities are in the main tower "

"There is no play are for the kids . Lawn is situated at some height so you have to take around 40 stairs to reach it . Gym and other activities are not there. Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous. "
