"It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. "Property is beautifully located on the river front with river views from the room and relatively quiet surroundings. Staff was friendly, my big disappointment was rooms were not sound proof, so could clearly hear people talking and kids crying in the other room as if it was happening in my room."

"Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night. Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there. Worst place ever and ive been travelling all over Asia, including India. The website is misleading as they do not show any pictures of the bathroom, and the picture they do have of the amenities are not what is provided at the hotel."

"The Team at hotel Mahadev Rishikesh was very nice and accommodating. The manager even went out of his way to help in matters outside of the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, it is steps away from Neem Karoli Baba’s temple which was very nice. Oh, and they cook very delicious food as well!"
