"Very nice place, good rooms and spa. Breakfast was very good along with the service. Unfortunately afternoon tea and evening meal was not great. Afternoon tea looked like a shop brought scone warmed up but so was the cream which came as a puddle and when we asked for some more cream it all ended ..."

"Lovely hotel, booked as we were visiting Beamish. We had booked the extra large room, this was very good. We ate both our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. We would recommend the pizzas and the lamb kofta burger."
