Cobram valor maior ao anunciado. Não cumpriram o anunciado no Hotels.com, mesmo sob protesto e provas (“print” da tela e confirmação de reserva). Alegaram não possuir mais cadastro no Hotels.com e que EU que deveria “me entender” com o aplicativo. Que eles não tinham nada a ver com isso. de maneira geral hotel ruim, instalações antigas, aspecto sujo.

Hotel correto e limpo.

O único defeito do hotel é a qualidade das imagens da televisão, apesar de ser tv a cabo e ter muitos canais, a imagem não é nítida, tem muitos chuviscos. O resto é bom. A linha de telefone de meu quarto estava com defeito então me trocaram de quarto sem nenhum problema. O pessoal é atencioso , o café da manhã é correto. Atendeu minhas necessidades.
