"The cottage was immaculate and well stocked. It gave a home away from home feel and had everything we needed and more. The private beach right out the back door was quiet and clean with easy access and was exactly what were were looking for! Lee Ann was a great host-responsive, friendly, welcoming and generous. Check in was easy as we were met on site upon arrival to give us a quick run down on the house and property. Pride of ownership is evident throught with all of the little touches that makes this space so inviting. Thank you again for sharing your cottage with us, we will absolutely be returning!"

"Great stay. Very clean. Updated. Comfortable. Host was very responsive! Only issue was it was a little warm upstairs in the bedrooms with a/c on, fans blowing and the night wasn't terribly hot. Outside of this small issue, we enjoyed out stay and would definitely book again."

"The host was exceptional with communication to us, as we had many questions before our stay. The location of the cottage was perfect for short trips to the beaches at Erieau, and Rondeau Provincial Park, as well as day trips to Kingsville, Leamington, Blenheim and Chatham. Cottage was cute and quaint and the bunkie was great as well. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning was our friend as we were there during a hot and humid week. We enjoyed lots of time on the deck out back having coffee/tea in the mornings and BBQ’s at night. Campfire pit was great !"

"Nice big roomy cottage. Beautiful big deck to sit and look out at the water. Owner provided firewood and fire starter for camp fires. Also very well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, tin foil, baggies and garbage bags were also there. It was great you didn't have to bring any of those things. Couple minute drive to Erieau and 10 minute to Blenheim for shopping. Nice beach in Erieau. Good communication with owner. We liked it so much we booked again next year."

"Great Lake views but old concrete breakwater detracts from overall natural beauty. Cottage is fine and spacious, modernized bathroom is very nice. Bit of confusion on arrival as cottage has a for sale sign up. Host is very nice. No wifi made available."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside accommodation! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the standard essentials and thoughtful extras like containers for leftovers, which made meal prep and cleanup so easy. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas for our group to relax together, and the view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous.The easy beach access was a huge bonus, and after long days exploring nearby Rondeau Provincial Park for spring birding, it was so nice to come back to the cozy gas fireplace and incredibly comfortable beds with firm mattresses. We also appreciated the many hooks throughout the space for coats, towels, and gear — such a practical touch that made a big difference for a group stay.Even with five people staying there, we never had any issues with hot water. Everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near the lake!"
