We had the premium suite lake view and it was missing furniture and mold was growing on the balcony. The kitchen was a nice touch but it was totally empty. No dishes or cutlery Thankfully, ..."

"The staff is magnificent. The room and view is spectacular. The food was excellent. There were many things to do locally and Milan was very close as well. We stayed here for our anniversary and it was excellent. Would recommend anyone."
