"distinct odor in the kitchen/dining area. not terrible but present. house was clean and apparently well maintained. surprised to see kitchen cabinets labeled with magic marker. cushions for the deck furniture would be a nice touch. there was no notification to gate security that we were arriving. had to dig through emails to prove we actually had a reservation. good value for the money and would use this property again. recommended. "

"Would definitely recommend, we got there really late, but the lady at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, room was spotless, area quiet and very safe, wasn’t scared to walk out to my car alone, it was well kept well lit and peaceful! Bed was comfortable and had a little fridge and microwave, ironing station, coffee pot and hair dryer, water was good and hot! Pleasant experience and super close to a grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants with a Walmart right down the road and close to Ron Coleman mining, we will definitely stay there again when in the area again. Great value for the money. Ten thumbs up! "
