I found it interesting the room came with stove and refrigerator but no dishes or cooking utensils. But u could purchase at an astronomical price. Didn’t like that at all. But staff was very nice.

Did not feel safe, deadbolt did not work properly, people running around and moving furniture above me all night long, & uncomfortable bed. The only positive note was the staff. They were very friendly and courteous.

practical for a 1 or 2 nights stay. I think there were long-term tenants in there. Hot water took a while to warm up in my room (had to let the water run for about 5 minute before it got warm). Had a neighbor who was banging/trying to fix something (???) at 2 am in the morning. Not sure if ill stay hear again

When we arrived at 3pm for check in. We waited for over 15 minutes to have anyone show up to check us in. No apologies were given. The hallways had a bad odor and there were bugs in the sink. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place on your website to people.

They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.

The only issue that I really had was the fact that I booked for this place thinking I was coming and getting a room and they were overbooked and they keep getting overbooked. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there needs to be something about the overbooking.
