An EXCELENT.building. Everyrhing was great. Really nice room at a good price. Excelent facilities period. It gets let down by the staff. With such a great building/ hotel. The staff need to be payed more and be of a higherintegrety, have more consideration, be kinder people and be grateful people. I blame the company for this not the people working there. They are who they are and in my opinion, not suited to the job of running this particular building. You can not train people to be good, nice people. They have to be selected. Regards Anthony

We went for a birthday celebration my daughters planned it The room was really nice and it was great having a microwave and refrigerator We relaxed in the hot tub and pool Very nicely set up Breakfast in the morning was also really good We really liked the room darkening blinds in the room

2nd stay!
Good stay! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly! We did a late check in and late check out. The HOT breakfast was great!

Indoor pool and hot tub were clean. I thought the pool was cold, so asked them to check. It was warmer by next day. Very clean place, full breakfast was good.

The check in was great. The girl was very friendly and welcoming. That is about the only great thing. Floors were dirt, carpets were dirty, our shower had long black hair in it, bathroom Had used Kleenex in it, the air conditioner was leaking and literally soaking the floor. We were too tired to move rooms so we just dealt with it. Lastly, we were so looking forward to using the hot tub, but not only was it not very hot the amount of chlorine in it about killed us. We were all coughing and our eyes were burning. We were definitely never stay here again.

A Diamond plus gems !
The Hotel is amazing the staff is amazing , beds are comfortable and pillow are great. The pool was a little bit chilly and had way to much chlorine in it.. water was cloudy.. and it had a strong smell. The hot tub was perfect! Great location to other fast foods and gas station..plus right off expressway made it easy to get too. I want to thank you all from he bottom my heart. Ill be back ! This is definitely a Gem!

Overall this was a pleasant stay. I will say my wife and I had tremendous difficulty connecting our Verizon cell phones to any cell tower inside the hotel. We didn’t try the Wi-Fi, but I don’t use public Wi-Fi.

My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. We had gone on a multiple city vacation, staying at 3 different hotels, and this was our favorite. The breakfast was great, rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Rooms great. Lobby nice. Pool area not great. Could be due to the fact that there were a lot of unsupervised kids running around. The lobby bathroom not well kept and soap dispenser broken off wall. Overall hotel is nice. Have stayed here before without issue. Better adult supervision recommended.

Amazing stay
This hotel was the best! We came in for a friend’s baby shower. It was 2 adults and 3 kids. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL! So. Many. Options. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Our party was also impressed with the shower and the water pressure. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!
