"Clean accommodation with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel reception is elegant and impressive. We stayed in the family apartment beside the main hotel. It was spacious but slightly worn, with some damp visible on one wall. Some of the artwork featured nudity, which may not be suitable for families with children. The Wi-Fi was weak, although the hotel was helpful in providing an extender. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff."

"Excellent location and transport links between Malpensa, city centre and Como. Hotel and facilities were very good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly."

"Hotel was very clean and you can see it has been renovated to look modern. Room was decent size and bathroom had good hygiene products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the breakfast selection is limited. All that appealed to me every morning was toast and a croissant, so it wasn’t worth paying for that. I would suggest adding fruit that you don’t have to peel like berries"
