"Breakfast offered at booking however the restaurant is long closed. No compensation or apologies either. Rooms are not very ckean. Staff wouldn't allow us extra pillows. Floors are heaved up from water damage. Amenities are non existent. Do not stay here. "

"The house was clean and conveniently located. Coffee was provided. The stairs were steep to the bedrooms upstairs. I was disappointed that only a curtain separated the bedrooms. It was dark when we arrived, and it was a little difficult to know how to enter the house. However, overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed several days in this clean, comfortable, quiet home, visiting family in the area. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and nice shower products. We really liked the location, rural, but close to restaurants (try Off the Brick Pizza) and shopping. Our super nice host Chris, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Planning another trip soon and would definitely stay here again."

"A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the tournament comes back to Utica. Thank you again Joel. It was very nice to meet. We look forward to seeing you again!"
