The Space
As soon as you step through the door, you’ll be enveloped by light dancing through the rooms, highlighting every detail: a spacious living room with a modern kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm), two balconies (one with a panoramic view in the master bedroom), and two bathrooms, one of which is a private en suite. The decor, a blend of contemporary design and classic touches, creates a unique and refined atmosphere.

Every comfort has been thoughtfully designed for you: air conditioning in every room, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a 43" Smart TV, and state-of-the-art appliances. The clever layout ensures perfect privacy for two couples or families (up to 4 people + a cot upon request). Upon arrival, you’ll find fresh towels, welcome amenities, and everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories and utensils needed for a quick breakfast or even a delicious homemade dinner!

Outside, the area buzzes with energy: traditional cafés, authentic restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets, and the lively atmosphere typical of a college town. Just an 8-minute walk away, the green oasis of Villa Torlonia offers a retreat for jogging or relaxing away from the tourist crowds.

Full access to the entire apartment. This is NOT a shared home—you’ll have the place to yourselves.

We take hospitality very seriously: Check-in will be done in person, so it’s extremely important for us to know your arrival time, including your flight or train number, to avoid any unpleasant waits at the door! Additionally, upon your arrival, you’ll need to present a valid ID, in accordance with Italian government laws.

PRIVATE SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We want to minimise any stress you might experience upon arrival at the airport at all costs, which is why we offer private shuttle services—upon request—to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and the port of Civitavecchia, as well as for travel within the city. This way, you can skip the taxi line and head straight to our facility as quickly as possible. Contact us for a quote!

*IMPORTANT*
We understand that travelling can mean late-evening flights or nighttime arrivals: which is why we’re committed to welcoming our guests at any hour, even after midnight. To ensure this special service, there is a small surcharge of €50 for check-ins after midnight, payable upon arrival. A convenient and safe solution for worry-free travel, with the assurance that someone will always be there to open the door for you.

-The apartment does NOT have private parking for guests; however, there are paid car parks nearby for those travelling by car.
