The location was convenient, but that also made it very very noisy at night. Our windows didn’t close all the way so it was hard to sleep. The room was not in great condition, but it was clean and very spacious. We were grateful for all the communication with staff, but the man at the desk was not friendly and quite rude to us.

Check-in was hard. No one was at the property to assist until after 9am however states they are there at 8am. They don’t say which floor to go to etc. they can do a lot better for checking details and timing

the hotel was in a great location to sightsee but it was so close to the sightseeing that at night it was very loud. Delivery trucks all Night long both nights we stayed in rome. The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice

Great Location and Customer Service
Great spacious clean accommodation in an amazing location to the Trevi Fountain. The team here at amazing and defiantly are all about great customer service. Also can arrange transfers between airports or train stations. Highly recommend to others as the place to stay near the Trevi Foundation or Rome in general. We shall be back next time in Rome.

Pros and cons. Front desk only available after 9am (although they say 8). No amenities at all and no light at entrance at night. Room clean and nice. Location was great half block from Trevi Fountain.

The stay was okay. Location was superb - around the corner from the Trevi fountain. BUT… the pictures on here bear no resemblance to the apartment we were in. Disappointed by the standard of the property as we were expecting to stay in better accommodation.

We have stayed here twice now. The first time was great. This time it was so so. The people next door were soooo loud and every time they went to the restroom or took a shower we heard the water.

Everything was good but things to watch out for: 1) you’ll have to ask for certain items if you want them, like extra bath towels, shampoo, or soap 2) there is no clothes washing machine/dryer on premise.

Excellent location! Room was comfortable, clean, very nice and quiet despite being right next to the Trevi Fountain! Front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Great Location and Friendly staff
Quaint, and the staff was very helpful in arranging ship/plane shuttles, and the hotel is very convenient to many street shops/cafes/restaurants, but since it is a mere 40 yards or so from Trevi Fountain it is also kind of noisy. Also, there is no lobby and no one at the desk for many hours of the day and no one at night, so there is no one there to help you should a problem arise.

The hotel was central to everything only 20m away from the Trevi Fountain. The staff were really friendly. The reception isn’t open all day though so if you want to speak to the staff it’s best to catch them early in the morning.

It was amazing, everything I wanted to see as main attractions are just minuets from the hotel, the staff was amazing very helpful and the room was amazing, very clean and comfortable.

I love the location of this town house. Our room was clean but a little cramped for 3 people. I was under the impression that Expedia has charged me for the stay when I booked but the hotel charged me again? Because of this shady practice I likely won't recommend a stay here simply because of the stress in recovering my money and having to deal with the property vs Expedia for a significant charge.

Just for the location, we looked hotel with elevator, it has a little lift till the 3rd floor, for the reception you have to go up some stairs and to reach our room we had a full floor of winding stairs to climb. Stuff didn't help with tour bookings or info about events, most of the time reception is closed. On our last they we asked for a taxi, it never showed up. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

This place was a diamond in the rough and centrally located to all the city sights to see! It is right next to the Trevi Fountain. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fridge in the room didn’t work but didn’t affect us.

Amazing location. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Breakfast was good for the price. Room was small. Bathroom was big enough for us. Furniture abit tacky, sat on a hot pink velour bench seat and two of the legs broke off instantly. We would be considered small in size! Friendly enough staff except for an issue with payment. Card wouldn’t go through for some reason. I was communicating with them to solve it, next day replies as we’re on holidays with a baby and my phone is generally off yet the lady was rude twice telling me she was going to report me with my passport details to the authorities. Completely unnecessary. It’s understandable that I was apprehensive to send card details over a message. If they charged us either on arrival or departure, it wouldn’t have wasted our time. We’re travelling 5 weeks in total and haven’t had any issues with payments apart from this. A note to the owners, your rooms aren’t cheap so spend that little bit extra on toilet paper that doesn’t feel like sandpaper!

Great central location by Trevi fountain
Lovely hotel in a great location for everything - we could see the Trevi fountain from our window! Beautifully decorated room with huge bed and lovely shower. Staff were so helpful and friendly, gave us lots of great information and maps, nothing was too much trouble! Downside - it is very noisy until late into the night. The fountain is always busy so many people and guided tours walk through the street below late into the night. Also refuse collections and glass collections happen at 1.30/2am in the road below. My teenagers slept through all this but I didn't. Take earplugs! For us we so loved being so central that we overlooked the noise. It's the only downside to what was a brilliant place to stay. I'd still highly recommend it.

Very close to Trevi Fountain but noisy
I stayed with my husband at Town House Roma recently. The accommodation and service were great! Very comfortable furnishings and just a stones throw away from the Trevi Fountain. My only criticism is that the noise from the street is incredibly disturbing at all hours of the day and night. After a long day a of hustle and bustle in Rome, a quiet oasis to come back to would’ve been nice
