Of course, we are not, but this is clearly stated on the Expedia website, perhaps it would have been enough to read to understand it.What does it mean that we don't offer any services? We have a range of complimentary services for our guests such as a refreshment corner (tea, herbal teas, coffee, biscuits, croissants, water). We offer cribs, strollers, umbrellas, ironing boards and irons to guests for free. Our rooms are extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We have a reception with experienced operators to support guests. We have a cleaning team recognized by almost all reviews as very efficient, who tidies up all rooms daily and sanitizes all areas with ozone at every guest change.Furthermore, we have a range of paid services (from NCC service to hairdresser, massages, etc.). And last but not least, we offer an experiential environment, we are located in the historic center 200 meters from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain in a 17th-century building with several rooms featuring original frescoes from the period.But perhaps you prefer a motel on the ring road, free to make your choice...

The property specifically has six rooms, and there is not a large number of people coming and going that could make it impossible to sleep. The "kitchen facilities" are in a common area available to all guests. Nowhere is it specified or written that the "kitchen facilities" are located in the room. As for the internet connection, no customer has previously reported any malfunctions, especially during this period. Finally, regarding the mattresses and pillows, they are of a professional type specifically for hotels. We cannot certainly have different types of mattresses or pillows depending on each guest's needs. We believe that this is a very, very subjective aspect. Dear guest, we are very sorry to receive your strongly negative feedback considering the fact that it is specified on every portal and on our website that we are not a hotel but a guest house. On the reservation you made and on the confirmation letter that we sent you after receiving your booking, it is specifically written, even before any other information, that the room type you chose has an external private bathroom. We only have two rooms structured this way, the other family rooms have an internal bathroom. This is why, despite being just a stone's throw away from Piazza di Spagna, the price of these rooms is much lower than what the market offers in the same area and for the same room type. The building we are in is a historic palace, and the part where you stayed dates back to 1600. It has not been possible until now to provide the necessary adjustments and bring those two rooms up to the standard because we need authorization from the property and the Fine Arts department. In any case, we believe that we should be evaluated for what we honestly described and offered, for the location, cleanliness, and our courtesy, not for assuming that you booked one thing and getting another.
