The hotel has a great location! Close to a train station and you’ll be in the coliseum in just 10 minutes by subway! It wasn’t super clean. Breakfast is super basic

I recently stayed at Sensation House during my visit to Rome, and while the place had its merits, there were a few significant drawbacks that left me disappointed. I believe it is essential to share my experience to help future travelers make informed decisions. Firstly, let's start with the positives. Sensation House boasts a decent location, which allowed for convenient access to popular attractions and public transportation. The overall ambiance of the place was pleasant, and the cleanliness standards were satisfactory. However, there were two significant issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. The first concern was the ineffective air conditioning system, which proved to be a major letdown considering the scorching heat in Rome during my stay. The A/C unit struggled to cool the room adequately, making it uncomfortable and difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. This issue significantly impacted the overall experience and left me feeling dissatisfied. Another disappointment came in the form of the extra bed provided for my son. The bed was unbelievably small and the mattress, remarkably thin. It was far from comfortable, and my son had trouble sleeping on it. Given the price I paid for the room, I expected better quality and comfort for the additional bed. This aspect left a lasting negative impression on our stay. Moreover, considering the aforementioned issues, the price of the accommodation felt unjustifiably high.

Comfortable room
Very good location. Comfortable and clean room with a good sized on suite bathroom. The place is modern but showing signs of use. For example, broken toilet seat and shower head, the hairdryer wires were exposed and the kettle in the common area not working. The breakfast is very basic - just some prepackaged cakes and toast - and the coffee was awful. Could also do with more than 3 hangers in a double room.

Sensation House is THE best choice to make when visiting Rome! The common area/kitchen is perfect with coffee and pastries available 24hrs a day. The refrigerator is also very convenient. Staff is friendly and readily available if if you lock yourself out of your room :( Thank you for making our stay extra memorable!

No safety box
The checking in was very smooth every thing is arranged before our arriving. The hotel is clean and the room style is nice. The only missing item was the safety box in the room. Also they change the sheets & towels every three days which is not helpful i think Bed sheets and towels have to be changed every day especially when you are on holiday! Overall it was good and I do recommend it.

Mukava ja rauhallinen. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet.
Huone ja oleskelutila/keittiö oli aina siisti. Siivooja mies oli aina ystävällinen, iloinen ja avulias. 10 pistettä hänelle! Huoneessa olisi hyvä olla mini-jääkaappi omille ruokatarvikkeille koska me ainakin ostettiin aamupalatarvikkeita hotellin tarjoamien lisäksi ja yleinen jääkaappi on siihen ahdas jos monet muutkin säilyttää omia eväitä siellä. ps. jääkaapin pakastin kaipaisi pikaista sulatusta! Yleisesti mukava ja rauhallinen paikka hyvien liikenneyhteyksien lähellä. Kiitos!

Gut gelegen, nur 2 Minuten von einer U-Bahn Station entfernt, mit der man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof kommt und innerhalb von 8 Minuten zum Kolosseum. Sehr sauber. In der Küche gibt es immer leckere Snacks, die man sich für den Tag mitnehmen kann.

Large clean rooms in a great location
Clean and large room with modern furniture and private bathroom in a flat turned guesthouse. Excellent position close to the metro station "Bologna". Lots of bars & restaurants nearby.The contactless check-in & check-out worked out perfectily and the free self-service breakfast was a welcome amenity.My only minor complaints would be that owing to COVID -19 room service was offered only every 3 days and that the bedding was only average ( a little too stiff for my liking).Overall, a great value for the price.

Perfetto!
Personale molto cortese, check-in semplice e veloce. La stanza è comoda, pulita, molto ben curata e moderna. La posizione della struttura è davvero strategica, in un luogo tranquillo e molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Davvero molto apprezzabile l'area comune, con disponibilità di dolci, caffè e bevande fresche. Il tutto fa sentire davvero bene accolti.

Nice B&B, helpful staff, great location. Kitchen with good equipment, you can use everything and bring additionally food you like. Rooms are clean and decorated in a clear style, as on the pictures. Great bathroom, everything looks new. Next time Rome, will book Sensation House again!

CONFORTEVOLE
La stanza era pulita,silenziosa e comoda. Tutto quello che si cerca quando si è fuori casa e non si vuole subirne lo stress! L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla metto B,in un quartiere residenziale e permette agevolmente di girare la città.

Séjour globalement agréable.
Hôtel un peu excentré dans un quartier calme avec un très bon restaurant en face (Enrico). Chambre moderne, assez confortable un peu juste pour 3 personnes mais convenable malgré tout. Petit déjeuner en self-service manquant de produits frais (pain, beurre) mais avec du bon café. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue mais payant dans la journée (1 €/heure).
