What a wonderful guest house! The rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed. The hosts are generous and so helpful. Great location close to everything but super quiet. Would recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Rome. It is a very comfortable property and the ammeneties are very nice. It is also immaculate!! The air conditioning is great, and there are big windows to open if you like fresh air. There are multiple restaurants nearby and it it only about a 10 minute walk to St. Peter’s square. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property in fantastic neighborhood....very walkable to everything and easy to get an uber if you're going further...hosts were Amazing and very helpful for helping us get taxi service when we needed it...room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and beautiful bath products provided, wonderful and comfortable bed.... loved everything...thank you to everyone who took such great care of us... would highly recommend and I'm very particular about my recommendations... we'll be back...

Perfecto! Good location near the Vatican, great restaurant across the street and secure building. Stylish and modern updated room with comfortable bed. Rainfall shower and nice toiletries.

We loved this hotel! It was in a great neighborhood, and walking distance to everything! The room was so clean and comfortable! Diego was so helpful and helped us get a taxi for a super early flight! I would highly recommend staying here!

I can honestly say me and my partner were so impressed by our stay here. Diego was so accommodating and explained everything to us in such detail. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the complementary water bottle top ups were a nice touch especially in the 24° heat. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome - it was the perfect distance from everything!

This is a modern apartment with a cleanliness that is second to none. We were greeted promptly by our host, provided a city map to help us orient to the city, as well as provided suggestions for food options. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The rooms and all amenities were clean. The location is excellent. It was central to all point of interest to visit. The staff are nice, polite and respectful. I was so thankful for them allowing our luggage to remain in the hotel when we checked out while we continued visiting the Colosseum and other places then we retrieved it when our tour bus arrived.

The San Pietro Boutique Hotel was a fantastic choice for us! We enjoyed the queen-sized bed, modern interior, heated towel rack and the hard wood floors! The room was exquisitely clean and spacious and the location from the shops and restaurants and Vatican were all within walking distance. This was a charming and contemporary room at a great value. We will definitely recommend this room to all our friends and family.

Fantastic Stay!
This property was absolutely excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It’s a great location. You can walk to almost all of the popular spots. It is very clean with nice towels and linens. The room temperature was very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the warm and sincere hospitality we received. Sarah and the owners are great. We had a few questions, and they were more than happy to help. If we come back to Rome, we will definitely stay at this property.

A great place to stay! Stylish and well appointed room. We had a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden. Location was excellent - close to the Vatican and other attractions, as well as restaurants and shops. Diego and Francesco were awesome - very personable and helpful. My emails with questions were responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again!

We had amazing stay with San Pietro BR. Facilities were 5* and we were impressed with cleanliness. Owners are very helpful and shared some nice tips with us. Highly recommended especially if you looking for something close to Vatican and city was only 10-20 mins walk. Restaurant downstairs is great choice for food and wine ;)

Excellent experience at San Pietro Boutique
We had a wonderful experience. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and with quick responses fro. Sara. The hotel is very close to the Vatican Museum and St Peters and walking distance to much of Rome's sites. We will stay here next time we are in town and highly recommend it.

This hotel was great! I wanted to stay in a small, local place, but wanted something up-to-date, clean, and comfortable. Everything about this place fit the bill. We didn't have any trouble finding it and the host was so helpful with our check-in. She had a map prepared with different attractions and restaurants highlighted. We loved its proximity to the Vatican. Our host also helped us arrange our transfer to the airport. I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Rome.
