"Gentile" Gaspare, ci dispiace moltissimo che non abbia gradito il Suo soggiorno, ma ci lasci difendere dalle Sue accuse tra l'altro non veritiere. Partiamo con le "stanze minuscole e sporche". Per quanto riguarda la dimensione, è indicata sulla descrizione delle camere. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, non stiamo nemmeno a perdere tempo perché le nostre cameriere ai piani puliscono e noi ricontrolliamo, quindi la Sua critica lascia il tempo che trova, soprattutto perché ci sembra buttata lì giusto per "peggiorare un po' la situazione". Passiamo al personale totalmente inefficiente e non presente. Questa ci tocca sul vivo e ci dà anche un po' fastidio per i motivi che Le andremo a dire. 1) La reception ha orario ridotto per causa di una cosa chiamata pandemia che ha portato ingenti perdite al settore (ci creda, piacerebbe tantissimo anche a noi dipendenti tornare a lavorare a orario pieno). 2) Quest'informazione è presente sia sulla mail di benvenuto che inviamo appena effettuata la prenotazione o comunque una settimana prima dell'arrivo, sia nel messaggio W.App che inviamo il giorno prima del check-in (a cui Lei ha risposto). 3) Non saremo presenti fisicamente forse, ma lo siamo sempre comunque, anche dopo l'orario di lavoro, su base totalmente volontaria, proprio per ovviare all'orario ridotto. Non può dire che non siamo efficienti e non presenti. È un'offesa bella e buona per due ragazzi che anche finito il loro orario aiutano gli ospiti che hanno necessità. Certo, come indicato sia su mail che su messaggio, il numero è raggiungibile fino alle 23 (e dopo le 23 ce n'è un altro da contattare), abbiamo anche noi il diritto di dormire e se Lei scrive alle 24 per dirci che ha lasciato le chiavi al ristorante è normale che non riceverà risposta. Se avesse chiamato l'altro numero, Le avrebbe risposto la proprietaria. Se il problema invece era l'orario ridotto, Le faccio presente (oltre al fatto che era scritto nel messaggio), che anche prima del Covid, come indicato su ogni sito, la reception era presente dalle 8 alle 20, quindi avrebbe avuto comunque lo stesso problema. Passiamo all'ultima nota dolente, la ZTL. Innanzi tutto la preghiamo di utilizzare le parole con molta attenzione, perché noi non truffiamo nessuno e non inganniamo nessuno (non siamo noi che "ti facciamo entrare nella ZTL" , non attiriamo nessuno in nessun modo, anche perché i soldi della multa non vanno certo a noi, quindi non avremmo proprio alcun motivo). Sottolineiamo che nella mail di benvenuto c'è scritto "Se avete bisogno di informazioni sulla ZTL o su come raggiungerci, o se volete prenotare un transfer da/per l'aeroporto, contattateci pure senza problemi e saremo a Vostra disposizione." Ora, come può immaginare, noi non possiamo essere nelle teste dei clienti, non possiamo sapere se verranno in macchina, in treno, in taxi o altro. Anche se avete prenotato su Hotels.com, immagino conosciate il sito Booking. Ecco lì c'è una sezione domande in cui abbiamo già risposto spesso a
