One Night in Roma
Relais was clean and conveniently located to many sites.It was quiet with adequate space. Breakfast was preordered the night before and served promptly the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location and good value for the money
Very convenient location near Roma Termini. Easy checkin. Let us keep our luggage there for a few hours after checking out before we caught a train. Very comfortable room and a good price

Relais Cavour Inn Review
Excellent location very near walking distance to Termini. Very clean room, with amazing window coverings making the room very quiet with no sounds from outside the windows. Property felt very safe, and it was lovely to have a continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. We also appreciated the small refrigerator, tea bags, coffee, soft drinks, water, etc. in the room. And, it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage on property for several hours following check out.

This hotel was within walking distance to Termini Station and centrally located for restaurants, markets, etc. It was clean, comfortable and safe. We would definitely stay there again.

There are only 4-5 units here but friends and ourselves found it to be very clean and pleasant, and the building is very secure. Breakfast is served in your room. The only down side is we couldn’t always take advantage of this service as it started at 8:00 am. The staff was very accommodating. Location is a short walk to the metro and termini train station. We would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to get back to Rome. There is not a 24/7 service desk but Francesco was available by email when his associate was not available. It was perfect for our 4 day stay in Rome!! Highly recommend.

Good room, great location, service was off.
The hotel staff were not in hand when I arrived. It was only when another hotel guest came back to their room was I able to get into the property. The hotel management didn’t reply to my emails about entering the hotel. This is a super convenient property, and the rooms are nice. But if you’re used to a traditionally staffed hotel with a front desk and assistance - it may not be for you. This is a good property for independent travelers.

Sending steps to follow for authomatic entrance is our common policy for late night check-in, we use to send one or more messages days before, just to let our guests to enter in our place without any kind of problem, and our phone number is actually everywhere (outside the building, inside at the first floor, in every our messages). Very central walking distance to all the main attractions. Close to train station and restaurants. Check in was easy and breakfast basic but lovely serviced in your room every morning.

Good location
Close to the train station with a coop supermarket right next door. Reasonably priced. The best part is the pizza place right around the corner which is only 8 euros for pizza or pasta and a drink. Food is excellent. Hop-on busses are right next to the train station so also very convenient.

Great location, staff and breakfast!
This was a wonderful property with a very helpful staff. The best part was the proximity to Tremini station, the service and the fabulous breakfast. The owner of the property contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time, greeted us promptly and shared tips about the area and restaurants nearby. We spent the entire day exploring Rome and requested breakfast for the following morning. The breakfast was exquisite and quite a surprise. We spoke with the staff upon departure and they were al very friendly and offered to keep our luggage onsite for a few extra hours. All in all - one of our favorite stays in Rome.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Host gave us a welcome drink which was much appreciated after hours of traveling. The room is spacious modern and clean. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning. Excellent location, tram across the street and walking distance from Termini Station.

Great location
Only stayed 1 night but everything about this hotel was excellent. We arrived late and we were sent instructions how to enter the building and access or room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags for the day after checking out. Beds were comfy and the room was a good size for 3 of us.

Perfect location for solo travelers
Colosseum is a 20 minute walk away , this is close to the Roma train station only two blocks away if your looking to take train to the airport , also mass transit to the Vatican is also two blocks away. Highly recommend also though you must check in before 8pm there is no 24hour receptionists so if you don't get there by 8pm or notify hotel you will be late the. You have to stay at another hotel until then. This hotel is on a first floor of a residential building you will be given thee keys to get in and out of the building to your room.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of the city
A great relaxing place to stay right in the heart of Rome two streets from the central station. The room was comfortable and felt luxurious and secure. There is also a safe in the room. The staff were great and were friendly and very helpful. If we went back to Rome we would stay here again and also we would recommend this to friends and family.

One night in Rome
Only had 1 night in Rome so wanted to stay near the train station. Very short walk. Very convenient to get around. Plus plenty of things within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Its all in the details.
Stayed two nights here. Generally, it was fine. However, we had requested twin beds and it was not arranged the first night. We were given sheets and advised that room service would make the changes--they didn't. In fact, they took the sheets away the next day. Our breakfast order in the morning was not put in and came out later that requested. Air conditioner did not work the first night and there is no 24 reception so we called the mobile hotline-that had no response. Did not refill our coffee packets the next day. Asked about the air conditioner twice in the morning and afternoon, nothing was done. To top it off, out of all the hotels in all the different places in Italy, this is the only one that didn't have BBC World or an english channel on tv :P Bottom line. Two nights stay in a 28 C degree room. If I am in Morocco, I can understand. But this was Rome city centre.

Very nice, very small hotel difficult to find if you're not watching the numbers. Reception very pleasant and helpful. Very close to train station, never felt unsafe, easy to get around from here.

Lovely B&B near Termini Station
We were very impressed with this B&B. Reception was not open many hours, but the place was immaculate, the room large with fresh decor, the bathroom modern, and double panes windows for sound control. The amenities were first class, including a bountiful breakfast brought to the room at our requested time! This place was a real find for Rome, 3 minutes from Termini and both Metro lines, and yet close enough to walk to many ancient Roman sites.

Très agréable séjour
Chambre très spacieuse et très propre, literie de qualité, climatisation moderne, nécessaire pour thé/tisane très appréciable, frigo, petit-déjeuner servi dans la chambre avec ce que l'on souhaite, très bon accueil. Emplacement idéal près de la gare et à 15 minutes du centre (fontaine de Trévi par exemple). Dommage que l'on entende un peu le tramway, mais heureusement double vitrage donc bien atténué, et il ne passe pas la nuit.

Struttura a 5 minuti da Termini stazione ferroviaria e altrettanti dalla fermata Termini del Metro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione in camera tutte le mattine. Camera pulita e silenziosa.

여기 진짜 좋았어요! 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다 그리고 사장님도 직원분도 정말 다 친절하세요! 이제까지 다니던 호텔에서의 친절함과는 다른 친근함이있습니다!!ㅋㅋ 조식도 룸으로 가져다주셔서 편리했구요 테르미니역에서 걸어서 5-7분정도여서 편합니다!! 남부투어 미팅 장소와 가까워요! 거의 대부분의 투어들이 모이는 장소임, 투어갈때 조식 못 먹으면 전날 미리 말씀드리면 빵이랑 음료수 포장해줍니다 ㅠㅠ 테이블도있어서 편하게 사용했어요! 아무튼 좋았어요 ㅋㅋ 돠뫈 슈왑이 조큠 약햅용

Quarto em ap. para quem não toma banho.
Estadia péssima pela impossibilidade de tomar um bom banho , os quartos deste apartamento possuem banheiros onde a água cai em gotas nos chuveiros , pedimos para reparar o problema mas não fomos atendidos .

Acogedor y muy bien situado
El hotel es pequeño de cuatro habitaciones, pero muy cómodo, limpio y muy bien decorada la habitación. La persona encargada de los desayunos muy eficiente. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitación, pero es muy variado tienes un poco de todo. Es de 8:00 a 10:00 pero pedimos por favor q lo trajeran a las 7:20 y a las 7:20 en punto lo trajo. Una estancia muy agradable y acogedora. Muy bien situado cerca de la estación y a pocos minutos andando del Coliseo y del Centro. Sin duda muy recomendable y repetiría.

Hotel muy pequeño ubicado en la pirmera planta, con sólo 4 habitaciones remodeladas, muy limpias y bien decoradas. Te llevan el desayuno a la habitación, pero ni tienen productos gluten free o lactose free. La habitación era cómoda pero los sonidos de unas obras justo debajo y el paso de algunos tranvías no ayudaba a dormir algunos días.

열쇠 3개로 문을 계속 열어야합니다. 심지어 방안에서도 열쇠로 잠가야 합니다... 조식도 시간이 8시부터여서 바티칸투어나 남부투어하면 이용못합니다 결정적으로 도시세가 일인당 2유로씩 발생합니다.. 나가면서 알아서 기분이 굉장히 나쁘네요

정말 좋은 인상을 주었던 호텔(강추!!)
이탈리아 여행 중 로마에서 두개의 숙소를 이용해 보았는데 정말 극과 극이었습니다. 그중에서도 이 숙소는 좋았던 경우에 해당합니다. 일단 숙소가 매우 청결합니다. 복도와 방 모두 깔끔하고 특히 복도부터 에어컨을 켜놔서 숙소 내부가 매우 쾌적합니다(여름 기준). 또 조식과 하우스키핑 하시는 분과 리셉션을 맡은 분 두 분 모두 영어도 잘 하시고 매우 친절하십니다. 처음에 갔을 때 에어컨이 작동이 안돼서 말씀드렸더니 바로 확인해주셨습니다. 비록 에어컨 기사를 부르려고 했던 그 다음날이 공휴일이라 에어컨이 고쳐지지는 않았지만, 대신에 리셉션분께서 선풍기를 놔주시고 사과의 의미로 이탈리아 디저트도 따로 주신데다가 미니바도 이용할 수 있게 해주셨어요. 이 경험으로 좋은 서비스와 피드백이 무엇인지 느껴볼 수 있었습니다. 편안하고 기분좋은 여행을 하고싶으시다면 꼭! 이 숙박시설을 이용하세요! 특히나 저는 다른 숙소를 이용해보고 여기가 얼마나 좋았던건지 다시 느낄 수 있었습니다.

여행하는 사람이 편하게 지내다 갈수 있는 좋은 호텔입니다.
로마에 일정이 길어서 3일을 지냈던 곳 입니다. 이곳은 숙박을 예약하시고 메일을 확인해주셔야되요. 호텔까지 들어가는게 굉장히 힘들다고 해야되나;;;; 언제쯤 갈것인지 시간약속을 정하고 그 시간에 못가면 추가요금을 내야되는걸로 알고 있습니다. 저는 굉장히 늦어서 사람이 없는 새벽시간에 도착을했고 ㅠㅠ(그래서 추가요금은 내지않았던거 같아요 늦을거면 새벽에...가시는게 ㅋㅋㅋ) 건물 문은 어떤 집에서 열어주셨고 2층에 위치한 호텔문앞에서는 비밀번호를 알려주셔서 문을열고 들어간후 열쇠를 넣은 봉투를 서랍위에서 발견해 호텔방까지 들어갔었습니다. 그리고 다음날 아침에 조식을 먹고 매니저한테 돈을 지불했습니다. 방 요금이요~~~ 조식은 문고리에 걸어 주시면 되고 적당한 크기에 적당한 맛의 조식을 제공해줍니다. 무료에요~~~ 방안에 음료있었는데 그건 하나 먹엇는데 돈은 따로 지불하지않았습니다. 호텔안에있던 책자에서는 음료값이 다 나와있었는데 말이죠 ㅎㅎㅎ여튼 호텔방은 굉장히 좋았던 기억이 있습니다. 조용하고 바로아래 마트도 있고 또 바로 옆 건물에는 스테이크 맛집이 있습니다~ 터미널과 가깝고 유명한 건축물과도 그렇게 멀지않아 추천해드리는 곳입니다. 또 매니저님이 굉장히 착하세요~~ 이거 굉장히 중요하잖아요 착하신분 ㅎㅎ

깨끗하고 필요한 모든게 갖춰진 아늑한 곳
로마호텔평들이 그닥 좋지 않아서 기대는 안했는데, 생각했던것보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 무엇이 필요한지 정확히 제공해주었고, 무엇보다 청결했던 부분이 가장 좋았고, 아침마다 메뉴를 정해서 내가 원하는 시간에 맞춰 조식을 제공해주는 시스템도 너무 좋았습니다. 다시 로마에 간다면 주저없이 선택할 곳입니다^^
