Our stay was very pleasant, we styed here before, rhe location is very good, short walk to the train station, buses and tram by the front door, supermarket three blocks away, and many restaurants around. Room is very comfortable but could be neater.
This place was AWESOME! Directly next to the tram that goes anywhere and also directly below is a pizza place, cafe, supermarket, fresh fruits and veggies, and a souvenir shop! It is in a super safe location and the apartment itself was SO NICE! The kitchen is adorable and had a cute little view and 3 tables and chairs to sit. It came fully stocked for breakfast and had lots of espresso! :) the apartment was very clean and smelled very nice. This was big for us since we always judge a place by how it smells when you walk in. Only thing I would have loved to see was a dryer... you had to hang your clothes outside after washing.... and also a bathtub. Walking all day long makes you desire a soak and that wasnt possible! The bathroom was super updated abd modern which I loved and also each room got their own key to their room which i loved! No one could walk in your room while you were gone all day! The room was very nice but the bed was a little stiff and we were DYING for some pillows! Our necks hurt very bad all the nights we were there because the two pillows there were super flat. Other than this it was an outstanding experience!

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disliked: Staff & service
Good room and location but not a B&B
I stayed here for 5 nights and was very surprised when I arrive to find this "Bed and Breakfast" located in an ordinary residential apartment building that is not that nice. I thought it was a small self contained B&B but maybe I misread the description. I had the double room with bathroom and it was very big and clean and modern both the bedroom and bathroom and has air conditioning.
The location is pretty good, a 10-15 minute walk to old Trastevere and then a quick further 15 minute walk or so to central Rome.
From my point of view as a single traveller:
(+) The single room (ensuite) is really comfortable for one person. The location is excellent - pretty close to the old Trastevere and Gianicolo hill with direct transport connections to Piazza Venezia and Termini. Also, the staff was friendly.
(-) On the other hand, the breakfast was not attractive to me at all.
We had a great stay and the Bnb was very clean and comfortable. The Location was very close to tram station as well as Trastevere train station which helped us to reach the flumicino airport in half an hour
This was a great place to stay. The Sara was wonderful, providing lots of information on the area and tourist attractions. I liked having a kitchen I could use and self serve breakfast was great. I could eat whenever I wanted instead of during an allotted time in the morning.
