I loved the location and the service was good the hotel was clean. If you are visiting Rome and you just want to have a place to sleep after your busy traveling and walking day, this place is an ideal location and was very clean. Not a 5 star hotel, but good enough for a busy tourist

It is really close to the train station which makes it a good option for travelers. Unfortunately, the hotel has a poor appearance both on the outside and inside.

No problems with safety. Hotel is ideal for location, allowed a late check in. Was not noisy as the reviews say and the hot water worked fine. Overall a very good experience and would go back!

I think I got scammed? My wife and I tried to make a last minute reservation at this hotel on Expedia around 1AM because our AirBnB fell through. I completed the purchase on Expedia but had not yet received confirmation from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel 20 minutes later and they could not find my reservation. I had paid with PayPal, where it said it was waiting for Expedia to finalize the purchase. We were way too tired and didn't want to just sit around waiting for it to show up in their system. So I decided we would figure it out in the morning. So I paid for a room at the front desk. Wouldn't you know it, 2 minutes after I paid for the room, the Expedia confirmation email showed up and we ended up paying both on Expedia and the front desk. I don't know exactly how the Expedia system works on the hotel side, maybe it was just a coincidence. But it seemed all-too-convenient that the Expedia confirmation happened almost instantly after we had shelled out the money at the counter. Other than that this seemed like a lovely hotel. Just beware the Expedia booking experience!

Avoid this hotel.
Avoid this location if you can. It is next door to the Termini, the street is full of homeless, lots of unwanted action. I believe we also got the worse room in that hotel. Although you always attempt to spend as little time as possible in a hotel room, whatever time you do spend there you want to enjoy and relax. Old, betup room. Will not go back there unfortunatelly.

Terrible but ok for close to rail station
Honest it not meet by expectation. The room is not what you see in this picture. The water from shower is not running well. Outside is terrible, many homeless and dirty. ANyway it thing happen as it cheaper and also it very close to Rome main train station.

Our room had the most bizarre full-wall mural over the bed. It was a scene looking from an abandoned building to the broken windows and crumbling infrastructure of another building - probably in NYC.. Why? Maybe as a distraction to the fundamental nature of these strictly utilitarian rooms. They are clean and functioning and across the street from Roma Termini ... and nothing more -- except for bizarre choice for room decorations.

I like the hotel location, very close to Rome train station. I don’t like the hotel condition, especially shower water is not stable, sometime only have cold water, the light automatically turned off when I take the shower.

New hotel, spotlessly clean and good location
I'm really happy with my stay, hotel was recently refurbished and spotlessly clean, it looks brand new. Location is near the main train and bus station which was handy, and 20 minutes walk to major attraction, lots of rental scooters and e-bikes nearby that can be rented using different apps which was a good experience too to scoot and see all the sights to avoid walking in the sun. Supermarket right opposite the hotel too for all groceries. Only issue is that there's no kettle, I think a kettle will be a great addition to the room.

I’d like to say’You get what you pay for’, but what you get in no way matches the price. Very old and rundown place. Filthy. Stinks of sewage. They use cheap air fresheners to mask the stink, but the mixture smells even worse. Tiny bathroom with nothing to put the toiletries on. Very noisy neighborhood. The shops across the street load and off load goods all night long, so forget the sleep. Expedia, stop advertising this place and save your self the embarrassment.

Convenient location & great air-con
The hotel was in a fantastic location for what I needed (Sapienza University & traveling) and the air conditioning worked amazingly well during the middle of record-setting heatwave. There were some things that could have been in better condition (e.g. marks on walls that hadn't been repainted) and my room didn't have any kind of bedside table, but the bed was fine and the rest just doesn't bother me.

The place is quite old, we stayed there twice, once the room was nice but hot water problems, the second time we got another room, that one was pretty old, but air conditioning worked well. Right next to the railway station, so very convenient!

Horrible experience
First of all, the photos on the web site do not represent the rooms correctly. The hotel is in extremely sketchy area. There is no security at the entrance, anyone can walk into the building during the day and take the elevator to your room. There are several hotels around this one that have actual hotel entrances that are secured, but not this one. When you enter the building, there is a sign that you have to go to the left to the hotel. It’s a very small lobby and the person who works there doesn’t speak any English. I felt extremely unsafe there knowing that anyone from the street can walk up to the room. They do lock the entrance door at some point, probably after midnight. The room was very basic. There was unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes, the toilet seat looked worn out, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the AC did work, but wasn’t able to cool down the room temperature because it was hot outside. The location is perfect for early departure from Termini and you should be safe exiting the hotel because there are at least 5-6 delivery trucks at any time of the night (probably would be a nightmare to have a room facing the street because the sound insulation is non-existent). It’s a good place if you have no valuable belongings and are looking for a bit cheaper stay, but I would never stay in the hotel again.

Was staying in Rome the one night as we had to transfer to another city in the morning. Great place to stay, close to the train line, close to the metro system. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast at the hotel was brilliant. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Metres from the main station and the friendliest & most helpful staff we came across on our entire trip! Luggage storage, tea&coffee (for 1 euro) and breakfast well worth the 7euro. Very roomy space in the 4 person rooms!

oughly renovated hotel in the central part of Rome just across the street from the train station. All fixtures are new. This is a basic hotel that is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. I was in room 102 and it was very quiet during the night.

Busy train station area, easy to go any where, the hotel is really basic, a little overpriced for the amenities. Shower is never consistent, 10 seconds hot water and then it turns to freezing cold, taking a shower feels like a battle

This hotel is fine for what it is - not quite like the photos, but appreciated the fact it was opposite Roma Termini station, making our early morning trip back to the airport easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and there is a breakfast option available!
