Great place to stay in Rome. The was room larger than I needed and was quite nice and clean. Neighborhood was convienent to the Termi with lots of good resturants nearby. Would stay here again.

Very nice and caring owner. Be prepared that there is no full-time front desk, and you may need to wait a couple of minutes before the owner arrives to check you in. It’s mentioned somewhere in the contract, but not at the top of it. Everything else is great, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay in it.

Location was great. Near many good restaurants and shopping. Close to metro, bus, and taxi service. Difficult to find the first time around. The entrance is through doors as shown in pictures but access through the doors requires careful scrutiny of the doorbells. The location is not identified except by small name on the doorbell register. Once the system is figured out, no problem. The breakfast was fine but the promised boiled eggs never appeared.

Great place for a great price. 10 minute walk from train station. Good neighborhood and easy access to all sights. Hint - Tommaso is getting an art history degree. If he provides unsolicited advice on where to go - take advantage of it.

10 min walk from Roma Termini. Hotel is on the 4th floor with an elevator. I took the Trevi room which was very spacious and clean. Tommaso and Serena are absolutely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was sufficient. On the whole, a pleasant experience!

This is a luxury first class small hotel just off Via Nazionale, rooms are large, very clean, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable (memory foam), the owners brother and sister are very accommating and very eager to help. Breakfast is self served open all day. Very nice place to stay in central rome, close to the Metro and Termini station and close to so many restaurants. Definitely will be back and recommend this place

Excellent B&B. Extremely clean, fresh. Bathroom was terrific. Roomy and well laid-out. Great shower. Great airconditioning - fast to get to temperature, quiet and cool. The room was incredibly quiet. Bed very comfortable with Tempurpedic style mattress. Tomasso and Serena were excellent hosts. 24 hour breakfast and snack room like a small restaurant. All kinds of breakfast food (like home!). Fresh milk, juices, bread, sandwich meats in individual packages, cereal, yogurt, coffee machine with hot chocolate, cappuccino, gourmet tea, EXCELLENT pastries. Beautiful furnishings and layout (better than the pictures!) Room a good size. Just right. Will be back!

We stayed at several different hotels during his trip and this room had by far the best shower. That may not sound like much, but wait until you've tried to bathe in one that's so tight you can't wash your feet or even pick up the soap if you drop it. Everything else was fine too - good AC, comfortable bed, spacious enough, very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and quiet at night - no trouble sleeping. A convenient location in the ancient city center as well.

Just like home in Rome!
We had such a wonderful stay at Domus Alberti. Serena and Tomasso were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and the hospitality was first class. Such a warm and wonderful place to call home for a few days as we explored Rome. We were steps away from the bus, a short walk to the Metro and close to everything. It's a lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants but rooms were very quiet. They have a fantastic breakfast and snack area that is open all the time. Great pastries for breakfast and also, a place to grab a snack if you wake up jet lagged. I hope I'm lucky enough to return to Rome and stay there again.

The prefect hotel
This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 week honeymoon tour of Italy. The service was second to none. A lot of 5-star hotels could learn a lot. The location is perfect, a short walk from the station as well as all the main attractions. You must stay here! Luke and Colette

It was amazing. Tomasso and his sister were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to help and keep us happy.The location is perfect and the local restaurants are very good. The room was excellent and all amenities were great. It is only Bed and Breakfast but a very luxury version with an all day breakfast facility. We would recomment the Domus Alberti to anyone who wants to stay in Rome in great comfort.

Fantastic B&B in Rome
We just returned from a 9 night stay at Domus Alberti and we highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Our hosts Tommaso and his sister Serena were such a pleasure. They were eager to accommodate any request and gave us the names of great local restaurants and sites that are not so touristy. They treated us like family and sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay as much as possible. As for the rooms...wow! They are some of the largest, nicest rooms I have stayed in while traveling in Europe. We stayed in the Trevi suite. Nice, comfortable bed, a small sitting area and a large bath with great shower. There is a mini fridge that is stocked with water daily. In the breakfast room, there a four tables and chairs. All dishes and silverware are provided. Each morning, there are fresh local pastries set out for the guest...delicious! There is a very nice coffee machine that you can select espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate...just about any thing you would like (I now want one for our house!) There is also a fridge filled with yogurt, juices, deli meats and cheeses. This area is available throughout the day...it was a very nice perk! The location is perfect! It is on a side street right off of Via Nazionale. We walked everywhere, even to the Vatican. It is less than a 10 minute walk from Termini station and most major sites...Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. We cannot say enough about Domus Alberti and its amazing hosts and we will definitely return!!

Bellissimo! Happissimo! Delectissimo!
OMG! This place is amazing! First, it's all about location - you can walk anywhere in "old (aka. interesting) Rome"! And it's full of little restaurants, and shops, and little streets that make memories! Then it's comfort: new "memory foam" bed, super comfortable, super clean, great bathroom (a find in Italy! Surprise - it works!), double-pane windows, and an entry-way into the room... And finally, the service: A+! Tommaso and Serena, brother and sister, did not stop making us comfortable - a map, a list of "tried and true" restaurants, special things to do for the next day pasted on our door when we came back at night (some that we would never have found by ourselves), a cleaning lady who left our room spotless every day... Died and gone to heaven! We felt like residents, being treated like guests, not hotel-roomers. Loved this place! Next time, making a reservation will be simple: come back here, no questions asked! This is a gem!

Great family host's and Great location
Tomasso and Serena were so helpful before and during our stay. They both went above and beyond to make our stay better and accomidated well for our 19 month old boy, he enjoyed every minute. Only criticism I have is no baby seat in kitchen when you are using the facilities for breakfast etc and the lift is so small it is very difficult to fit in there with a pram and bags :) apart from that it is a great place and will stay there again when revisiting Rome.

Gorgeous views in a secluded town
The owner and his family are real gems. They were the friendliest people my wife and I met during our entire 10 day stay in Italy. The breakfast was very filling every morning; they take special requests for eggs etc. The room was extremely clean and spacious. We received a free bottle of wine that we used while enjoying the awesome view outside from the gardens. Tommaso was extremely helpful booking taxis for us every time we needed it, as well as providing recommendations for dinner and sights. We checked out some dinner places he spoke of ad loved it. They really take care of you, so please go and stay there!

When in Rome, I would recommend it
Tommaso was an excellent host! He checked on us frequently from beginning to end. He also texted us after we left some items there. He even arranged another stay for us elsewhere when we decided to stay a day extra, since he was booked. Modern facilities, fresh yet modest breakfast. A very small cage elevator to the 4th floor, but you figure it out. I would stay again, and recommend to a friend.

La mia esperienza é stata più che positiva. Il titolare è supergentile ed è stato davvero disponibile. La nostra camera oltre ad essere grande ed avere tutto il necessario era davvero ben arredata. La colazione causa covid ci é stata servita in camera (il che non ci è dispiaciuto) ed era una ricca colazione con tanto di frutta (non scontato). Situato al centro di Roma a due passi dalla stazione termini. Per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma conto di alloggiare nuovamente qui

Excellent rooms: very clean, modern and well kept. The place was built with excellent taste, from the rooms, to the kitchen, to the decoration. Excellent location: just a few minutes from the main attractions, just a few meters from major stores and resturants. You wont find a better location. Serena and Tomasso are excellent hosts. Very nice people, friendly, helpful and with excellent tips. I will stay in Domus Alberti every time I come to Rome.

El establecimiento es atendido por los hermanos Tomás y Serena, ambos se caracterizan por la entrega y dedicación para hacer de la estadía lo más placentera posible. La habitación es grande, luminosa. La cama y almohadas confortable, muy limpio, la ducha con muy buen caudal de agua. El desayuno es muy completo, y dejan habilitado el lugar (con insumos) para que durante el día puedas seguir consumiendo. En nuestro caso, nuestro avión salía por la tarde (el check out era a las 10.30 hs) y nos guardaron el equipaje e incluso nos ofrecieron un baño extra para cambiarnos y ducharnos. Es 100 % recomendable.

Établissement confortable et silencieux, très bien situé dans le quartier de Monti, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Petit déjeuner continental très correct. Les hôtes Serena et Tommaso sont très gentils et n’hésiteront pas à vous conseiller et à rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Nous sommes très satisfaits et je conseille vivement cet établissement.

Magnífico B&B
Realmente solo puedo tener buenas palabras para este B&B. Desde que llegas Tomasso te recibe con una sonrisa y miles de consejos. El comedor está lleno de cosas para desayunar y también puedes merendar si quieres. La habitación preciosa, limpia, espaciosa, las camas increíblemente cómodas y las almohadas geniales, perfecto para descansar después de todo el día visitando la ciudad. El baño muy amplio y con ducha con luces de colores. Está a 10 minutos de la estación de Termini y muy bien ubicado para visitar todo el centro. A parte tienes una estación de Metro a 5 minutos y una parada de bus a 20 metros. Serena, la hermana de Tomasso super amable, atenta, simpática, todo el rato preocupada para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Si vuelvo a Roma no dudaría en volver a este hotel!!! Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia sea de 10!!!!

Ruhig und zentral gelegenes Hotel
Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und konnten schon vor 12.00 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen. Super. Man kann sich zu jeder Zeit im geräumigen Speisezimmer an Kaffee, Kuchen, Früchten u.a. bedienen.. unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Es liegen genügend Informationen vor, um sich in Rom gut zurechtzufinden. Ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Termini. Besser gehts nicht. Dort fährt dann auch der Flughafenshuttle ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
