Really pleasant stay, clean rooms and In close proximity to restaurants and sites around Rome. We arrived in Rome at 6am, although check in was 3pm they happily accommodated us and let us check in at 10am which was great.

This hotel is in a great location. We walked from the train station and then to all of the wonderful and popular sites. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy! We had dinner across the street and it was tasty! Helpful hint: download WhatsApp so that you can communicate with the Property Management company.

Great location. I was frustrated with the check info I was given. Wasnt clear on the suite and room number. After communicating some more finally got into my room. The bathroom smells/ stinks like rotten egg the whole time I was there. Had to close bathroom door keep the smell in.

It was a really difficult process to get into the room. There was a lot of run around and no place to put our bags. We were given an alternate location to put our bags (far away from the room) and there was a lady there yelling at us, so we left. When we finally got in the room, it was clean and we enjoyed the stay. However, The shower leaked into the.bedroom. It was a bitter sweet experience.

The owner never communicates. Even at night, someone keeps knocking on the door. To enter the room, you must open 5 doors with 5 keys. The coffee pot is dirty and cannot be used.

The space was very difficult to access and required several keys to actually get into the apartment. The space was decent sized enough but was not in the best area of the city. It was nice to have amazing gelato downstairs and decent pizza nearby as well as the colosseum but the general state of the neighborhood was not nice and we did not feel safe walking around with our children after dark.

The bathroom shower, needs a door. It needs a trash can that is bigger and open. We were no able to used it. Also asking for so many personal questions with fraud going around is scary. No personal all by an app that fraud can occur. They were nice, but needs to be in person.

Ok. Room nice. Staff not great.

This is not a hotel. It’s almost like an Airbnb but without a kitchen etc. The room was nice and what we needed for our stay. However, did not enjoy our experience with staff. Pretty rude honestly not great customer service at all. They did allow us to leave bags which was nice however when we returned to pick them up the guy who was there was extremely rude to me for changing my shoes and asking my friend a question. I was told to be quiet people are resting- it was 3pm and I was talking normally the man was awful. The key collection feels very dodgy and very ‘faffy’ you have to phone them then go over the road into like a reception area to pick up keys, go back over the road to the apartment. Lots of hassle. If I was rating this solely on the room I’d stay again however I won’t stay again due to staff.

만족스러운 숙소

처음 체크인시 혼란스러웠지만 가이드에 따라 진행시 어려움이 없었습니다. 가끔 출입 현관이 열리지 않아 당황했지만 천천히 기다리고 다시 시도하면 열립니다. 숙소 상태는 사진과 같거나 더 나았습니다. 가격과 위치에 모두 만족 합니다. 근처에 맛있는 식당과 젤라또집이 위치해서 자주 갈수 있습니다.

Foi terrível a experiência de entrega das chaves. Saindo do Brasil o voo atrasou 2 horas. Foi horrível não conseguia pegas as chaves de forma alguma. À noite por sorte uma pessoa na rua nos ajudou a encontrar a proprietária e mesmo assim foi difícil ela me entregar a chave. Só por este fato dou nota zero para eles. Os demais itens deram tudo certo.

Boa estadia.

Nao e um hotel, e um quarto dentro de um predio. Andrea nos recepcionou e nos ajudou em tudo cama boa. Banheiro bom. Localizado ha una 500m da estacao central. Fica no 5 andar do predio. Por ser um predio antigo, os elevadores sao minusculos e so cabem 2 pessoas apertadas.

Huone oli tilava, mutta hämärä. Sijaitsi vilkasliikenteisen kadun varrella. Siivouksessa käytetty todella voimakastuoksuisia aineita, ei missään nimessä sovi hajuherkille tai allergisille. Suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt juuri yhtään. Huoneistossa paperinohuet seinät, kaikki kuuluu läpi.
