Unfortunate circumstances
Place is cute but unfortunately it smells bad. Very predominant smell like old and cigarette smoke. It was very unfortunate and inconvenient because I had to come up with an emergency plan to leave my wife who suffers from allergies at another location and I had to stay here with my daughters, which made it very difficult to make plans with the family and friends that were staying in Italy. I brought up the issue of the smell with the apartment manager but all she told me was that that was not the apartment management's fault. This apartment is also advertised as having free parking but what they meant was that you can park for free on nearby streets wherever you find an empty parking space. Believe me, this was not easy as most times I had to look for nearly an hour going around and around until someone moved their vehicle and I prayed that I could fit the rental car in that tiny space.
Most of the time I had to park several blocks away. I have a daughter with a disability and I brought our disabled window parking tag but I did not understand their handy capped rules and I wound up getting a ticket when I used a handicapped parking and that same day one of the tires was mysteriously flat [punctured on the tire wall] - The owner of this apartment should remove the free parking from their description as this would be considered false.
I think the smell problem can also be solved with a fresh coat of paint on the walls and old furniture
