Is not a hotel so don't expect extensive customer service. A simple check in, documentation check, payment of local taxes, Wi-Fi password and you are on your way.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid in advance. The day before the manager called and said that Expidia made a mistake amd that I needed to pay $100.00 more or he would have to cancel my booking. I tried to fiend another hotel but there were either booked or the prices were too high, so I paid the extra $100. The hotel is close to the termini station, but its located in a side road and the sign is stick to the wall so you can't see it. I call the manager and he came out. I got a 4th floor and they have no elevator. The room smelled bad, the air conditioner was not working. I told the manager and he said that ge was going to take care of it, but he did not. Watch out when you are going to take a shower because the hot water just last between 30 to 45 seconds. After that, the water turns so cold that makes you believe you are taking a shower in the north pole. I don"t like to give bad reviews but this place gave me no option. I have stayed in other 2 star hotels in Rome before and this is the worst by far.

Very convenient to the Termini station. It was a very quick stay for us. We needed a place to rest before continuing our journey. Happy to have one vacant room left on such short notice. Very welcoming anytime there is a comfortable bed to lay down on after a grueling and very long flight. Will definitely use again when needed.

It was a inexpensive place to stay near the train station. No wi-fi. Breakfast was practically worthless. BUT, if you just need a clean place near the train this hotel will fit your needs just fine!

Great Value for the money across from Termini
Radi is in a great location to do Rome as a tourist. 2 min walk to Termini, 10-30 min walk to all the top attractions. The B&B itself is a converted apartment in a private residence building. The hosts are very nice and male host speaks good English. Wifi is available, but signal is not great. This place is not fancy, but great value for the money and location.

Great choice for Roma Termini
Need one-night stopover near the central station. This apartment is minutes' walk from the station and there's great choice of restaurants nearby. The staff is nicely, and room perfectly adequate for my purpose. Despite its proximity to the main road, I wasn't bothered by the noise at all.

The family that runs this place is very polite. The place suited my purpose and was very reasonably priced. All I really have to say is mind your step!

Good location
A few rooms in an apartment building beside the train station. Very basic but absolutely fine. Not really a family place and not romantic but if you need to stay a night or two in central Rome then this is fine.

Terrible...
We had a terrible experience at this place. First of all, this cannot even be called an hotel. It is on the fourth floor of some shady apartment building, with no elevator... When we got to our room it was warm and smelly, in addition the toilet seat was stained. There was no warm water in the shower, and the shower head was broken. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the price, however we ended up having to book another hotel because after coming back from lunch the staff had been to our room and turned the AC off and opened the windows, in 32 degrees weather! Do NOT recommend.

Perfect location - central but quite and green! Only beaten by the extremely nice hosts. Felt like staying with family, especially as they really wanted to know if everything was to our full satisfaction i.e. did not only ask but took time to listen

El rumbo no es muy bueno, pero cruzando la Plaza Garibaldi que está a una cuadra es otra cosa, además está a una cuadra de la estación del tren y Metro con lo que te mueves a todas partes muy fácilmente.

Zimmer waren im 3. Stock eines Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug. Für Menschen mit Handicap nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber sauber. Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück fiel eher dürftig aus!

Ottima posizione a due minuti dalla Stazione Termini...camere pulite posizionate in un palazzo in via del Castro Pretorio...bagno con cabina doccia idromassaggio....silenziosa benché la mia stanza affacciava direttamente su via del castro pretorio..unica pecca la colazione...scarsa..nel complesso rapporto prezzo/qualità e posizione ottimo

Confesso a vocês que fiquei um pouco preocupado quando chegamos lá no affittacamere Radi, pois achamos que era um hotel, e não era. Era um local estilo airbnb, porém o local nos encantou em poucos minutos, pois a limpeza , organização impressiona. Outro ponto importante é a simplicidade e atenção que o dono do estabelecimento nos concedeu. Muito bom. Indico.

Ottima posizione, Ottimo rapporto prezzo/offerta
Vi ho soggiornato poco prima di Natale per due notti e sono rimasto molto colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta rispetto al prezzo, molto conveniente in rapporto ai vantaggi offerti da questo B&B. La posizione è eccezionale: usciti dal portone basta fare 32 secondi di passeggiata e si è alla stazione Termini, nei pressi dell'ingresso principale. Le camere sono di recente realizzazione e dotate di tutti i comfort, la mia aveva frigobar e una doccia con idromassaggio spettacolare, pulita e assolutamente silenziosa in quanto affacciava non sulla strada ma su delle terrazze e cortili interni. Solo la seconda notte si è dormito un po' male ma solo a causa di alcuni clienti rumorosi che, verso l'una di notte, sono stati placati dall'intervento del proprietario. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese anche se non sempre comprende bene l'italiano. La colazione, compresa nel soggiorno, è abbondante ed è ottimo il cappuccino. Ci tornerò sicuramente Per chi ha problemi di deambulazione è utile sapere che la struttura si trova al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore e non vi è parcheggio riservato ai clienti ma ci sono delle autorimesse molto vicine.

Ci tornerò
Soggiorno di una notte nel weekend dell'immacolata. La struttura è gestita da un bengalese gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La posizione è eccellente: è situato di fronte alla stazione Termini, in corrispondenza di un ufficio postale, un supermercato ed altri negozi, tutti a pochi metri di distanza dalla struttura. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Unico inconveniente: lo stabile è sprovvisto di ascensore, quindi è sconsigliato per disabili o persone che non possono salire le scale a piedi. Economico, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione, servita stesso nella struttura.
