Description of the spaces and the area
The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator and has been recently renovated and furnished with numerous modern elements, creating a pleasant, functional and welcoming environment. The spaces are organized to comfortably accommodate up to four people and are air conditioned with a hot/cold system.
The double bedroom is bright and comfortable, thanks also to the large window that guarantees pleasant natural lighting and allows you to ventilate the room. At the disposal of guests there are comfortable bedside tables with bedside lamps, a flat-screen Smart TV, a large wardrobe and a small corner dedicated to studying or reading. The room also has a private en suite bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The living room is a versatile environment that can be used as a living area or, if necessary, as a second bedroom. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a flat screen TV and the apartment's second bathroom, complete with toilet, shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set.
Between the bedroom and the living room there is the kitchenette, modern and functional, equipped with everything you need to comfortably prepare meals and breakfasts during your stay. There are induction cookers, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a basic cooking kit. To complete the space there is a small wooden peninsula with two seats, ideal for a quick breakfast or for having a meal at home.
The entire apartment has free Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning, with splits present in the rooms, to ensure maximum comfort in every season. For families traveling with young children, it is also possible to request a crib, available at a cost of €10 per night.
To make arrival even easier and more flexible, the apartment has a self-check-in system that allows guests to log in independently.
