"The Woodland Retreat property was quiet and a good location for our fall golf trip. All beds comfortable and the place was very clean. Good hot water for showering and plenty of towels / linens. The Owner was very responsive to all questions we had prior to checkin and during our stay. The Wifi worked well. This is a heavily wooded area and we enjoyed using the firepit and grill. Plenty of room to park if multiple parties are involved. While not real close to many restaurants most will deliver and we opted for this. A nice secluded getaway. "

"Communication with the host was great. From the time we arrived until we left, we thoroughly enjoyed this home. There were eight ladies in our group and we had a wonderful few days away. The house was spotless and even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is one of the most well appointed kitchens I’ve seen. I was the chef in the group and I had everything I needed. We were impressed with the crab eating supplies such as mallets, paper and crackers. The views are breathtaking even in November. We all agreed we would return. "

"We had the best time staying on this houseboat! It was the perfect spot for our girls trip — clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. The amenities were fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing on the water. The grill wasnt as close as we hoped for the weather. The host was great and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"House was very clean, a little short on some cleaning supplies but most amenities were provided. Quiet neighborhood even with little park next door. So nice to have water view and be able to sit on the dock. "
