"The lady who checked us in would not let us use the elevator. Another lady came up to us as we started the stairs and said use the elevator. The check in clerk, older white lady, said no elevator. The other lady looked at her with shock when the clerk told her in German we are not to use the elevator. I have a hip,knee and shoulder replacement. This was a struggle and not nice of her. We found and used the elevator from then on The people in the morning on our check out were wonderful "

There was also a complimentary bottle of water. The room was comfortable, and there was a tower fan that was nice as I stayed in the summer.
