Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and welcoming staff person. Handy to main area of town and well priced. Would recommend this motel.

Very good value and availability of an on-site laundry was very welcomed when travelling. A bit of noise from neighbouring room late at night was compounded by a bus parked behind our room preparing to leave early in the morning. But overall would recommend.

A good motel to stay at in Roma
All very good. Joe was very friendly and helpful. Some noisy customers talked outside our room until late at night but that is not a fault of the establishment.

Even though it was on the Highway we didn't hear traffic noise. Location was also good, close to places to eat & attractions. Wifi was acceptable.

Immaculate hotel room. Would have benefited from some cutlery and crockery. Only had teaspoons and coffee mugs.

Hi Anne, So sorry about the cutlery & crockery. Normally I let guests know that if they need anything at all to please call reception and i will get it to them. With covid around it is best not to have too much in the rooms as we have to replace it after every stay and i'm sure you can see how big a job that would be. Spacious, comfortable and clean
The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. There was a desk with chairs which was much appreciated. There was all the equipment we needed. The hostess/owner was very helpful, especially the advice as to the best place to eat. We have since stayed there again and would recommend it to all travellers.

WiFi went away
This was a nice comfortable Motel, well located, The receptionist was very helpful and friendly When I arrived I logged onto the WiFi without any problems however when I returned from dinner the WiFi was not working and it did not return before I went for breakfast and WiFi at the Royal WiFi, for me, is not an optional extra but an essential component of my holiday. In addition when I got into bed the bedside light did not work

the room was nice fridge was very small, wifi was really good, bit to close to main road so made it very noisy but lady at counter did move our room very happy she did that, but road noise was quite loud and you could hear people in next room everytime they used bathroom
