"Great stay. Would have been nice to have another room key on arrival. My husband went out with the key and my son and I were a bit trapped in the room for an hour and a half till he came back, as I couldn’t use the lift. I did get a second key later on though."

"Very nice location on the central square. Public parking is about 2 blocks away, so easy to transport luggage. Right I. The heart of Poitiers with all the historic sites and old city close. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Great location with parking on site if rebooked or public car park a few steps away. Multiple restaurants and bars outside the hotel. A lovely square and shopping 5 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Rooms were very comfy."

"My husband and I are frequent travellers and have stayed in many types of hotels, but we had never booked with this group. The price of the room with kitchenette and all facilities was very affordable and the room was clean, comfortable and bright. The young gentleman receptionist was uber-helpful and polite and he made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel, centrally located. The service at reception when we arrived was excellent. Important to book a car parking space if you need one as there are only 17 spaces available. Would certainly use again."
