Rolling Bay Hotels, Bainbridge Island

"I have stayed here at least 20 times and the staff has been great but this this time I could not even get an elevator to get the shuttle in the morning for several minutes and then the massive amount of visitors in the lobby area made it impossible to get breakfast and still make my shuttle to the airport. The shuttle left 1 minute early even though I had a reservation - the next one was 20 minutes and I needed to make sure I had plenty of time to make my flight. The front desk guy was extremely condescending and rude and said I should have just planned better and the shuttle would not wait one extra minute ever. I had to call an uber to go a few blocks .I have decided after staying there at least 20 times through hotels.com that I would stay at the Radisson if possible from now on. Coast Gateway should recognize who their return customers are - I hope to never experience this at a hotel again (I fly at least every 2 weeks in and out of SeaTac). "
